Old House gutted & made into a Modern Home

These are custom built cabinets....

that i stained & polyurathaned at the shop.

The dining room color is SW 7710 Brandywine. The color in the sunroom(to the left) is SW 7549 Studio Taupe.

The wall color in the foyer is SW 7717 Ligonier.

The accent wall color is SW 7710 Brandywine. The other walls are SW7717 Ligonier.

The wall color on this 3rd floor room is SW7733 Bamboo Shoot.

The ceiling color is SW 7732 Lemongrass.

The boys room color is....

SW 7604 Smokey Blue.

This ceiling material came prefinished except for.....

the trim pieces, which were raw wood i faux finished to match the ceiling.

The Office Building

First we primed all the walls.....

& painted the ceilings.

The darker color is SW6116 Tatami Tan, the lighter color is SW6114 Bagle.

Interior doors are sprayed white in this office

This wall color is SW6115 Totally Tan

This wall color is SW6113 Interactive Cream

Common area wall color is also SW6115 Totally Tan

This wall color is SW6097 Sturdy Brown

Darker wall color is SW6116 Tatami Tan, & the lighter color is SW6113 Interactive Cream

We stained all the trim & wood doors with a custom stain match color...

& used a high gloss polyurathane.

The Timber frame

 

All the handrails, casing around windows & doors, baseboards & doors have 2 coats of quick dry varnish.

All walls were painted with Sherwin Williams low lustre cashmere

All the ceilings and wood beams were sprayed with a clear sealer from Sherwin Williams
